This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for services or products purchased at our clinic or via our website.

💳 1. Refunds for Ayurvedic Consultations & Panchakarma Treatments

  • Fees paid for doctor consultations (online or offline) with Dr. Ankita Sharma (BAMS) are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

  • If you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior, you may request a rescheduling or receive a full refund (excluding any processing fees).

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or for no-shows.

🧴 2. Refunds for Ayurvedic Medicines & Wellness Products

  • Products once sold are non-refundable unless they are:

    • Damaged during delivery

    • Expired or incorrectly delivered

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide photos and order details for verification.

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products, including herbal oils, powders, or supplements.

🧘‍♀️ 3. Refunds for Wellness Packages or Panchkarma Sessions

  • If you have pre-booked a Panchkarma therapy package and wish to cancel:

  • A 75% refund will be issued if canceled at least 48 hours before the first session.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if canceled within 24–48 hours.

  • No refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the first scheduled therapy.

  • Partially used packages are non-refundable but may be adjusted or rescheduled based on doctor availability.

📦 4. Refund Method & Timeframe

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of bank or payment gateway delays, please contact your provider for processing times.
